12-18 W Central

Midwest Maytag ad, 1929. Apparently, the post office resided for a while on West Central.

Scoggins Appliance Co. ad, 1943. This ad explains the layout of this part of West Central. Scoggins started at the building directly west of the phone company, and also took up the building formerly containing Taylor Boat Works, which building also housed Taylor Signs.
